Pilates Training in Water
The choice of generating a Cardio Pilates in water.
A training program ideated by Elena Cardini and based mainly on the principle of floating as “the law o Archimedes “states.
The body moves mainly in deep water ,supported by sponges and tubes through dynamic transitions and three dimensional movements.
This helps to increase resistance in water and an intense cardiovascular workout.
Together with the resistance effect characterized by the water , allows an improvement in blood circulation, excess liquid loss therefore resulting in a consequence weight loss, delineation and muscular definition and a general sense of wellbeing.
